Craig has held senior management positions with the National Mutual
and Lend Lease Groups prior to his appointment as General Manager
of Financial Services and Chief Investment Officer of Australian
Unity in 1995. He resigned from Australian Unity in 2002 to establish
MacarthurCook.
In his time at Australian Unity he established Australian Unity
Funds Management Limited and was responsible for its management
and growth to the point it managed over $1 billion of assets including
over $800 million of property related assets.
He has been a Director of Australian Unity Funds Management Limited,
York Capital Group Limited, Waltus Investments Australia Limited,
Acorn Capital Limited and Permanent Friendly Society Limited and
a member of the Investment Committee and Compliance Committee of
Australian Unity. He was also a member of the Marketing and Distribution
Board Committee of the Investment and Financial Services Association
and a Councillor of the Association of Permanent Building Societies.
Craig has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the
University of NSW and a Master of Business Administration from the
University of Hull (U.K). He is an Associate of the Securities Institute
of Australia and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.

(Head of Real Estate Securities)
Craig has worked in the funds management industry since 1982 when he joined Bankers Trust as Assistant Economist.
Over 15 years with Bankers Trust he held a variety of roles including being a member of the Asset Allocation Committee and involvement in the management of balanced, property securities and international equity funds. In 1993 he was appointed Head of International Equities.
Craig joined Tower Asset Management in 1997 as Chief Investment Officer and in this role was responsible for the management of $8 billion of assets which included Australian and international equities and property securities mandates. In 2001 he joined hedge fund manager Vertex Capital as Investment Director.
Craig has a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney and is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.

Michael had over 20 years experience with National Australia Bank with a focus on business banking. In 1996 he was appointed Assistant Mortgage Trust Manager of the National Australia Mortgage Fund and Mortgage Trust Manager from 2000.
Michael was appointed Head of Mortgages at MacarthurCook following MacarthurCook’s acquisition of the National Australia Mortgage Fund. Michael has a sound knowledge of commercial lending practices and brings his extensive experience to the management of MacarthurCook’s mortgage funds.
Chris has held senior finance, operations and project management
roles in the financial services industry since 1987.
He was Finance Director and a member of the Management Committee
at McIntosh Securities Limited, an investment bank listed on the
Australia Stock Exchange, until its takeover by Merrill Lynch in
1997. From 1997 to 2000, Chris held the position of Chief Operating
Officer at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, during which time
funds under management grew from $4 billion to nearly $14 billion.
He was a director and a member of the management and risk committees.
In these two roles his responsibilities included finance, risk management
and compliance, internal audit, information technology, investment
accounting and client services.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting (UK)
is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
He is also an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.

After an initial career as a lawyer Richard has spent over 25 years in the investment banking industry with BNP Paribas. From 1988 until 2001 Richard was Deputy General Manager for Australia, a position directly responsible for the investment banking, treasury, funds management and stockbroking activities of BNP Paribas.
Richard is currently a director of Colonial First State Capital Equity Limited and its subsidiaries, as well as being a director of Tishman Speyer Australia Limited (and chairman of its Audit Committee). He is also Chairman of Centacare and honorary treasurer of Caritas Australia. Richard was previously Chairman of Cashcard Australia Limited, Deputy Chairman of BNP Paribas Investment Management (Australia) Limited and a director of AXA Insurance (Australia) Limited.
Richard is a director of MacarthurCook Investment Managers Limited and MacarthurCook Fund Management Limited. He is also Chairman of MacarthurCook’s Nomination and Remuneration Committees, and is also a member of its Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Bankers, Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the Commercial Law Association and Law Society of NSW.

(Non-executive Director)
Mr Basile has over 20 years of financial services and investment management experience. He is currently the Managing Director, of Ascalon Capital
Managers Ltd (Ascalon), a major shareholder in MacarthurCook Limited. Previously he has held the positions of General Manager Investments and Insurance, St.George Bank, in which he was responsible for St.George Margin Lending, Advance Asset Management, St.George Investment Solutions, St.George Direct Shares, St. George's General and Life Insurance Business and St.George Private Bank; Head of Commonwealth Investment Management; Executive Director of Investments for Legal & General Australia; and Investment Manager and Director for Lend Lease Investment Management.
Mr Basile is a Director of Alleron Investment Management Limited, Fortuna Funds Management Limited, Millhouse IAG Pty Limited, H3 Global Advisors Pty Limited, Explorer Group Limited and the Ascalon group of companies.
Mr Basile is also a Director of MacarthurCook Limited and MacarthurCook Investment Managers Limited.
Hugh has over twenty years experience in corporate finance and the financial services industry, with senior roles in research analysis, underwriting and institutional equities sales. Much of Hugh’s experience has been focused on ASX-listed companies in two main sectors: property development and property trusts. Hugh’s past clients include some of the major property investment and funds management organisations in Australia.
In early 1997, Hugh became a joint founding executive director of Citadel Pooled Development Limited, a venture and development capital company listed on the ASX. Hugh is a director of a number of listed and unlisted companies operating in a range of sectors.
Hugh is a director of MacarthurCook Investment Managers Limited and MacarthurCook Fund Management Limited. He is also a member of MacarthurCook’s Audit, Risk and Compliance, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Hugh holds a Bachelor of Arts (Legal Studies) degree and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Coffey has extensive experience in finance, investment, construction and infrastructure. Formerly General Manager Development and Investment with the John Holland Group. Other previous positions include Finance Director at Azon Limited, General Manager Finance at Atlas Steel Limited and Chief Financial Officer at McConnell Dowell Limited. Mr Coffey was previously a director of the Australian Council for Infrastructure Development. Mr Coffey is currently a Non-Executive Director of Pacific Hydro Limited, Chairman of Utilities of Australia Pty Ltd, a Non-Executive Director of Forestry Tasmania and Chairman of Ceos Pty Limited.
Mr Coffey is also a Director of MacarthurCook Limited and MacarthurCook Investment Managers Limited.

Ms Tongs has significant experience in corporate governance and financial services particularly within insurance, funds management and superannuation.
A former partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms Tongs is a director of several private sector companies, government organisations and Chairman of a number of audit committees. These include Chairman of Netwealth Investments Limited and director of Workcover SA, Run Ltd, LCM Healthcare Ltd, Centacare Catholic Family Services and Leadership Victoria. In addition, she is an adviser to the South Australian Financing Authority and Legg Mason Asset Management.
Ms Tongs is also a Director of MacarthurCook Limited and MacarthurCook Investment Managers Limited.

Ms Philippa Marshall has been appointed to Head of Legal & Compliance and
will have global responsibility for all legal and compliance matters. In addition she
will be Company Secretary of MacarthurCook Limited (ASX code MCK) and
MacarthurCook Fund Management Limited, the responsible entity of the
MacarthurCook Property Securities Fund (ASX code MPS)and MacarthurCook Asian Real Estate Securities Fund (ASX code MSAS). Ms Marshall was
previously General Manager Legal & Compliance of VicTrack and prior to this a
partner of leading legal firm Blake Dawson Waldron.
