2008 BRW Fast 100

MacarthurCook for the fourth year in a row has been ranked by business magazine BRW as one of Australia’s 100 fastest growing businesses as measured by percentage increase in revenue.
MacarthurCook has been ranked in the top 100 in each of the 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 financial years.
MacarthurCook Mortgage Fund amends redemption procedures

As a consequence of increased redemptions caused by media stories in relation to most of the countries largest mortgage funds ceasing daily redemptions, MacarthurCook have as a consequence also needed to cease processing redemptions on a daily basis for the time being effective 12.30pm Friday 24 October.
The MacarthurCook Mortgage Fund will institute quarterly withdrawal offers commencing at the end of December 2008 for unitholders who wish to redeem some or part of their investment.
A fixed amount will be made available for the withdrawal offer with the amount determined on a quarterly basis.
Monthly distributions will be paid in the usual manner.
MacarthurCook regrets the inconvenience to investors but has needed to take this action in the best interest of all the investors in the Fund.

MacarthurCook Real Estate Securities Team perform well in Mercer investment survey

MacarthurCook was ranked 2nd over the six month period to 30 September 2008 in a survey of 35 real estate securities funds
conducted by the Mercer Consulting Group.
Over the three year period MacarthurCook was ranked 7th out of 26 funds.
MacarthurCook Fund wins Lipper Award

AMEX-listed Asian Pacific Real Estate Fund ranked 1st in 2007
Melbourne, April 7: American Stock Exchange-listed RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund (AMEX Code: RAP) managed by MacarthurCook Limited, has been awarded the prestigious 2007 Lipper Performance Achievement Certificate as the top ranked fund in the real estate classification.
The Fund, which invests in the securities of real estate investment trusts and companies in the Asia Pacific, beat 26 other funds to win the award for the Lipper Closed-End Equity Fund Performance Analysis Service, for the one year period ending 31 December 2007.
