The Diversified Property Income Fund is suited to investors seeking the income and capital growth returns from a property-based investment portfolio.
The fund's portfolio is diversified at a number of different levels, including diversification across a range of unlisted and market listed property funds and diversification of underlying investment managers, geographic location of assets and property sectors.
Income distributions are paid on a monthly basis.
