James Tong
Chairman of Advisory Board
James Tong brings to the Advisory Board more than 25 years experience in the financial markets, including over 22 years with BNP Paribas (formerly Banque Nationale de Paris) group in Australia and New Zealand. James has held many senior positions in banking, merchant banking, investment banking and stockbroking. He was founding Managing Director/CEO of BNP Paribas Equities (Aust) Limited and BNP Pariba Equities Group (Aust) Limited and was appointed Head of Equities for Australia & NZ after BNP merged with Paribas.

George Wang
Chairman
George came to Australia from China 20 years ago and founded AIMS Financial Group 2 years later. In its eighteen year life, AIMS has evolved into a diversified financial services group, active in the areas of lending, securitisation, investment banking, real estate funds management and properties, resources, high-tech and infrastructure investment. In the course of developing AIMS Financial Group into a significant financial services group in Australia, George has developed a strong skill base in the areas of securitisation, real estate funds management, structured finance and innovative financial product development.
George has developed an extensive business network in both Australia and China.
George is active in the Chinese financial sector, he is an advisor for a number of Chinese Government bodies and Government agencies. He holds the position of Deputy President of the International Trade Council of China, a constituent body of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
In Australia, George Wang is the President of the Australia-China Finance & Investment Council. As the President of Australia-China Finance & Investment Council, George has been laying the foundation for the financial bridge between Australia and China for many years.

Greg Bundy
Deputy Chairman
Greg Bundy has two decades of experience in investment banking, stockbroking and funds management. Until recently, he was Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific with responsibility for all capital market accounts from Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and China, to Australia. Joining Merrill Lynch in 1984 after graduating from Yale University, Greg's roles have included head of US equity trading, Managing Director of International Equities and Chief Operating Officer of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. As well as a wealth of experience in all aspects of the Australian and US capital marketplaces, Greg brings experience in Asia.

Mark Thorpe-Apps
Executive Director & Chief Investment Officer
Mark Thorpe-Apps has over 15 years experience in funds management and financial services. Mark was a founding member of Pengana Capital, an established boutique funds management group. Mark headed Pengana's property securities team and grew funds under management from $3 million to over $1 billion. Mark was Head of Funds Management at Sama Dubai (based in Dubai). He has held senior property funds management roles with Bankers Trust and Lend Lease. He holds a business degree with majors in finance and marketing as well as a master's degree in applied finance.

Tony Wood
(Independent Non-Executive Director)
Tony's career extends over 25 years, beginning in the United Kingdom with relocations firstly to South Africa and then in 1986 to Australia. Key roles have included Director, Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle) and progressed through senior fiduciary positions in the funds management divisions of BZW-Mirvac, BT Funds Management and Record Investments. In 2005 Tony founded the Blaxland Group and he is presently its Managing Director.
Tony's experience integrates best practice in the fundamentals of real estate investment with management of listed as well as unlisted funds. He has worked across a range of international markets including Australia, Asia and Europe.

Chris Langford
(Independent Non-Executive Director)
Chris Langford has more than 21 years of property industry experience derived from various roles in retail, commercial and residential property sectors. Chris is currently a director of development group Spyglass Property. Having previously worked at Lend Lease and Mirvac, Chris has a thorough understanding of the many issues involved in the creation and delivery of large scale projects.
Chris is also a director of Babcock & Brown Residential Land Partners Limited and a Commissioner of the Australian Football League. Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Melbourne.

Tan Kai Seng
Independent Non-Executive Director of MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited.
Appointed a director on 1 December 2006.
Mr. Tan was Finance Director of Parkway Holdings Limited from 1988 to 2005 and was its Group Financial Controller from 1980 to 1988. Parkway Holdings Limited is a leading fully integrated healthcare organisation in Asia, with one of the largest network of hospitals and healthcare services in the region.
Prior to joining Parkway Holdings in 1980, Mr. Tan worked in the audit team with Price Waterhouse, Singapore for approximately five years and a further two years on an International Exchange Programme with Price Waterhouse, San Francisco.
Mr. Tan is also an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee member of IGB Corporation Berhad, a significant property investment and development company listed on Bursa Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Ryan Rayfield
(Head of Group Legal & Compliance)
Ryan Rayfield is a qualified lawyer with approximately 10 years experience in the legal, compliance and risk management sectors. Having graduated in Queensland, Ryan practiced as a Solicitor in the areas of Banking and Finance, Commercial Litigation and General Commercial Law before moving to London in 2002 to work as a Risk Management Lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP. Following this role, Ryan worked as a Corporate Director in the Global Investment Banking Legal & Compliance team at ABN AMRO Bank in London before returning to work in a similar role at Babcock & Brown in Sydney in early 2008. In his previous roles Ryan has had exposure and experience in multiple jurisdictions including Europe, Asia and North America. Ryan holds a current NSW practicing certificate and has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Laws.

Jim Miltiadis

Jim Miltiadis has worked for AIMS more than 6 years as National Manager, Head of Group Risk and Channel Relationships and currently as Head of Credit & Support. Jim is an industry specialist in the key areas of risk, credit and administration. In the banking and finance industry since 1971, Jim has worked for State Bank of NSW and Advance Bank, and held executive positions with Resimac and the Fanmac Group.

Russell Bullen
(Head of Real Estate- Australia)
Russell heads MacarthurCook’s Real Estate team in Australia and is responsible for the company’s listed and unlisted direct property funds.
With more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, Russell has provided advisory services and interim management to institutions, major corporations, developers, REITs, banks and private companies in Australia and in the US.
Prior to joining MacarthurCook, Russell was a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, and was responsible for the Real Estate Practice in Dallas, Texas, USA. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Bullen spent five years with the real estate advisory group PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also worked with the real estate group of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Russell holds a Bachelors degree in Business, with a concentration in property, from the University of South Australia and a post graduate degree in Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is a qualified member of the Australian Property Institute and the Securities Institute of Australia.

Warren Boothman
(Head of Institutional Business)
Warren is Head of Institutional Business for the MacarthurCook Group and is responsible for all investor relations and marketing activities as well as being heavily involved with product development, capital management and joint ventures for the group's respective entities.
Warren has nearly 20 years experience in the property funds management and financial services industries, including previous senior roles with Deutsche Bank, AXA and APN.
Prior to joining MacarthurCook in 2008, Warren has had significant experience in the investor relations, marketing, capital management and launch of a range of listed and unlisted direct property and property securities funds since 1992. He has been a member of the investment committee for a range of property funds as is a well known and experienced speaker at industry forums.

Michael Petruccelli
(Head of Mortgages Fund Managment)
Michael had over 20 years experience with National Australia Bank with a focus on business banking. In 1996 he was appointed Assistant Mortgage Trust Manager of the National Australia Mortgage Fund and Mortgage Trust Manager from 2000.
Michael was appointed Head of Mortgages at MacarthurCook in December 2003 following MacarthurCook’s acquisition of the management rights of the National Australia Mortgage Fund. Michael has a sound knowledge of commercial lending practices and brings his extensive experience to the management of MacarthurCook’s mortgage funds.

Roberto Versace
(Head of Asian Real Estate Securities)
Roberto has worked in the funds management and investment banking industries since 1999.
Roberto commenced his career as a graduate with Colonial First State Global Asset Management in Sydney. Over a 5 year period Roberto worked as an Australian Equity Fund Analyst responsible for analysis and research on Australian equity funds, and as a Senior Property Analyst deriving market forecasts and contributing research for listed and unlisted property funds.
In 2004, Roberto joined global investment and advisory firm Babcock & Brown. As part of the Global Real Estate Team, Roberto specialised in structured finance advisory, joint venture equity investment transactions and Public Private Partnership (PPPs) transactions in the A$100-$500 million range. Roberto was also responsible for REIT and real estate company analysis and research into potential investment opportunities.
Roberto holds a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Economic Theory from the University of Adelaide, and is currently undertaking the CFA Program.

Nicholas McGrath
(Chief Executive Officer— AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT Management Limited)
Nick heads AIMS Real Estate Team in Asia and is responsible as Chief Executive Officer of the SGX listed AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT.
Prior to joining MacarthurCook, Nick had more than eight years of experience in corporate finance and property funds management in Australia and Singapore with Allco Finance Group and two years of legal experience with Blake Dawson Waldron.
From January 2007 until the sale to Frasers Centrepoint Limited, Nick was Chief Executive Officer of Allco Commercial REIT and Managing Director of Allco (Singapore) Limited.
Nick holds a Bachelors degree in Business and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology in Sydney and has completed a graduate diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Koh Wee Lih
(Senior Investment Manager - Asia )
Mr. Koh is the Senior Investment Manager, primarily responsible for MacarthurCook’s Asian real estate acquisitions and management of the regional asset management function. Prior to joining MacarthurCook in 2008, Mr. Koh worked at AIG Global Real Estate Investment (Asia) L.L.C. (“AIGGRE”) as Senior Manager of Investments where he was responsible for managing AIGGRE’s real estate investments in Vietnam.
Prior to that, Mr. Koh was with CapitaLand Financial Limited, CapitaLand’s investment and corporate finance arm, where he was actively involved in the structuring of CapitaLand’s private equity funds, evaluation of its international investments, as well as the listing of Ascott Residence Trust on Singapore Exchange. Mr. Koh also spearheaded CapitaLand Commercial Limited’s business development and investment efforts in Vietnam. Mr. Koh started his career as a financial analyst at Deutsche Bank’s structured finance team where he advised clients on asset securitization transactions.
Mr. Koh has an Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Tang Buck Kiau
(Senior Finance Manager and Company Secretary of the Manager - Asia )
Ms Tang joined the Manager of MacarthurCook Industrial REIT as Senior Finance Manager and Company Secretary in October 2007. She is responsible for company secretarial, accounting, taxation, treasury, and reporting functions. She has extensive experience in finance, accounting and treasury within the real estate industry.
Before joining MacarthurCook, Ms Tang worked at Far East Organization for 12 years in the finance, accounting and treasury departments, eventually becoming the Senior Finance Manager in the corporate finance department. Her key responsibilities included financial reporting, treasury and structuring, sourcing and management of project financing. Prior to joining Far East Management in 1994, she held the position of audit manager at Coopers & Lybrand, Singapore from 1987.
Ms Tang is a Certified Public Accountant of Singapore and a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Public Accountants.
